Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building

Someone in the office named Tara repeatedly kept placing me on hold and would come back to the phone just to state her name and tell me to hold-trying to be funny. I explained I am in severe pain and need to start therapy so I have to find out about appointments. She was being rude and caused even more stress when trying to get assistance. I decided to not even continue therapy here because of Tara. If you have staff there who deliberately withhold information and are rude I refuse to step foot in the building. Shout out to Tara.

I'm at the beginning of my therapy and it seems good but the scheduling is awful. I was turned away a week ago due to scheduling mixup and given a printout of my appointments starting today, September 29 at 9 am. Today shortly before 9 am I was turned away yet again and given a new printout of my appointments, this time starting on October 6.

Conveniently located across the street from the Hackensack University Medical Center. This busy building has a Bank of America, Starbucks and Duane Reade on the main level and houses three more floors of doctors offices and other medical professionals. Parking is at a premium.

Went in for an appointment at Suite 402. I was surprised at how clean and well maintained the whole building was, and the front desk staff at the office were very nice, and the doctor seemed professional and spoke in a way that helped ease the worries I had. There's also conveniently a Bank of America, a Starbucks, and a restaurant in the first floor that is accessible from both the outside parking lot and from the lobby within the building. The surrounding area was also pretty with many modern buildings and a lot of bus routes to get here for those who can't transport by car. Definitely a good place.

Rude customer service from front desk. They have a horrible attitude on the phone! Was trying to book an appointment but damn they don’t care about new customers.
