Bad experience. Was not satisfied with the healthcare I received. Don’t recommend. The level of irresponsibility and unprofessionalism staggered me.

Had a great experience at Alexandria Health Care Center for my medical check-up. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. The facility was clean, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend for quality care!

I’ve been using this team for 20+ years. Excellent care, administratively so so. Care most important. They also do in-network lab work in the office so you don’t have to go to another location! Big plus!

I would give 0 if I could. This place is a maze and no one knows where anyone works. The building is falling apart. I walked around for 15 minutes knocking on random doors. The doors are numbered but the directory is not useful. Once I found out I needed to go to the 1st floor I got in the elevator that's made for 2 people, literally the smallest elevator I've ever been in. The 1st floor button didn't work. So I had to take the stairs.

I am absolutely astounded by the lack of professionalism displayed by the front desk, as well as the extremely poor level of customer service. I was absolutely shocked when I called to make an appointment and the lady purposely put me on hold for the third time. That was totally rude.
