Alexandria Braces

My daughter got her braces here and we’ve loved our experience so far. The orthodontist is knowledge and friendly and we’ve received great care. They are also great to work with with and fit us in when brackets break.

Our family is taking 1 stars off for the unfriendly receptionist. We’ve been coming here almost a year half now. Dr.Kim and nurses seem to be doing a good job- my kid’s brace is correcting her overbite and crooked teeth situation in an expected time line. Office feels open and airy- nice to be in. Financial parts are transparent and reasonable- no surprises. Our only complaint is the rude receptionist. Husband and I work in retail- we understand a person having an off day once in a while. This young woman consistently doesn’t greet, smile, nor respond when thanked. She simply isn’t a good representative of this business. She acts as though customers are a huge bother to her. Each interaction with her leave bad taste in our mouthes. We want the owner to be aware of her poor customer serv

We’re still early on with the braces for our 9 year old. So far, everyone has been very informative and friendly. We are in and out with little to no waiting at all. The pricing seems very fair and they are upfront with all of the costs. Highly recommend!

We've had a great experience with Alexandria Braces. They know what they are doing and everything has gone smoothly. We had a slight issue with a pushy dental assistant, but the business addressed it and made sure my daughter only had her favorite assistant moving forward, which I appreciate. My daughter says: "I likey pickles. I likey this. I likey braces. It goooooood."

I was referred to Dr.Lee for braces for my 9 year old son. Let me just say that his office is amazing. From the moment I walked in, we were greeted by professional staff members. His office is very clean, comfortable, and bright. The initial consult was nothing less than professional. Dr. Lee’s recommended treatment plan has been on spot with no issues.
