Alexandra Grace, DO, MPH

I had my first colonoscopy with Dr. Alexandra Grace, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with so much care, professionalism, and kindness. Dr. Grace took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel calm and comfortable. Her staff was just as amazing — friendly, supportive, and very organized. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. The entire team truly goes above and beyond to make patients feel safe and cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Alexandra Grace and her team to anyone looking for exceptional care.

I had my 3rd endoscope with Dr. Alexandra Grace. She is warm, very knowledgeable and hands an outstanding staff. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and prompt scheduling the visits. Alexandra’s PA Kyle Richard’s is the best and so knowledgeable and easy to speak with.

Dr grace is fine, but her office capabilities are not acceptable. Phone wait times, and all results are PA's literally reading a script. Went to Cleveland clinic and it was a totally fabulous experience UPDATE: after getting test results from Cleveland clinic, Dr graces diagnosis was totally incorrect!

I had an excellent experience with this doctor. They were professional, attentive, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. The explanation of my diagnosis and treatment options was clear and easy to understand, which made me feel confident and supported throughout the entire visit. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and efficient, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and trustworthy care.

WARNING! This practice, especially the staff and the PA Karina are horrible. Today, I waited over an hour in the waiting room, and another 20 minutes in the treatment room. I finally walked out. I have never been treated so rudely, the staff is insolent as is Karina. I never receive call backs when needed and I have Crohns where I need to have access to a doctor when needed. I have only seen Dr. Grace once in the five years I have been with this practice. I make an appointment, only to have it rescheduled with her PA. Find another practice, don't go to this one.
