Had an absolutely wonderful experience both times at this pharmacy. The pharmacists are all caring and make sure you received personalized care. Extra kudos to Tania who made things go quick and easy for us.

I have used this pharmacy for my fertility needs, and I cannot speak highly enough of their service—particularly the outstanding support I received from Tanya (forgive me if I’ve misspelled her name). During an incredibly stressful time, Tanya went above and beyond to ensure I felt informed, supported, and at ease about my medications. Tanya’s customer service skills were truly exceptional—professional, compassionate, and reassuring. The attention to detail in packaging was exceptional. My cold medications arrived in a temperature-controlled, padded bag, and all items were clearly labeled for easy use. I was also impressed to learn that the pharmacy offers access to a fertility nurse who can review medications with you, which is an invaluable resource. This is the third pharmacy I’ve use

I highly recommend Alexander's Twin Pharmacy! I utilize this pharmacy for specialty fertility medication, and Tania, the Pharmacist, has gone above and beyond with assisting me with my insurance company's required prior authorization.

I’m fairly new to this area ; Hamilton Township , so I had to find a good pharmacy and during my laundry time I saw this pharmacy next door and went in to pick up a few items. It reminded me of a pharmacy that I used to go to and I immediately felt like I was at home. Sandy ; the cashier was very helpful and friendly to me and I made up my mind that this is the place for me. Check them out the service is excellent and they have many natural products too. 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 I had prescriptions filled later and again I am grateful for them. 🙏🏽

I came in for my grandma to pick up her meds, earlier in the week .. A woman named Thai helped me, and she was honestly amazing—so helpful, friendly, and patient. She made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Just wanted to share that because good service like that deserves to be noticed!
