Wonderful Labor & Delivery team and a very supportive and caring team at the Women’s health clinic! ♥️ This team supported my birth plan to TOLAC but sometimes best laid plans and dreams just don’t work out for reasons out of our control. This team literally saved my life and every single person on the team clearly loves their job and is fully prepared for when inevitable emergencies happen. They took extremely great care of me and my baby as well as my husband through our scary experience. Thank you so much to Capt Luna, Ms. Duggar, Dr. Chaffin, Dr. Pickenpaugh, and the entire medical staff that supported me through my prenatal, labor, and delivery. Also, the hospital facilities are top of the line here. I wish I had and could birth all of my babies here.

When you live with a chronic illness, it takes a toll on you, physically, mentally and emotionally. After a while, doctors know you. One in particular, Dr. Seangio, knows that I try to avoid hospitalizations. That anxiety, (which has worsened since I lost a sibling, in the middle of the night during a hospital stay in another state) can be overwhelming. They say female doctors bring a level of empathy to the table. It is clear that this doctor is a nurturer. She listens!!! That’s half the battle, when treating patients. She addresses problems that you don’t even think to ask. You feel heard when she’s in the room. During this time when civilians are not being paid to use their incredible life-saving skills, I hope a simple gesture of gratitude will go a long way. Thank you!!! - Patient 206

I'm growing absolutely sick of this hospital after having my PCM here for years. It is nearly impossible to even shcedule a basic appointment or annual physical with anyone and especially my PCM. When calling the main appointment line or Family Medicine directly, there are never any appointments, even as far as a month out. The people on the phone are extremely rude, and even offices such as Member Services don't even answer the phone. They say they will call you back in 24 to 48 hours. Our healthcare availability has never been this terrible at this hospital and it is growing increasingly worse. I'm at my wits end and don't even know where to go for health care now.

Cardiology clinic review: They're all friendly when you visit in person, but after that, phone tag with them is an absolute nightmare. They will try to call you for your virtual appointment via any phone number except your own (even after I called them to confirm they had MY number), and then their phone line is a maze of dead-end loops, silence, too busy for a hold so it hangs up on you after 9 minutes of holding if not immediately, or extremely brief windows of availability. How can patients discuss important results or even schedule appointments this way?

Overall my first experiences at this hospital have been surprisingly good. I was able to secure and attend my first appointment at this hospital with my primary care team quickly despite obstacles on the phone to get established at this hospital at my new address. I parked at the ER area and took the wrong route to the hospital on my first day, but I was able to navigate the hospital to get to the correct location. I like how I was able to get almost everything done immediately: my appointment, pharmacy refill, medical records release forms, and address the doctors I needed for different ailments in one day. It took me six hours to get all this done at this hospital, since I arrived at my first appointment an hour early. Despite the hours spent here, it was quiet and peaceful - no lines or
