I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shapsis. He is incredibly patient, professional, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about your comfort and understanding of the treatment plan. Highly recommend him to anyone in Brooklyn!
Highly highly recommend this place. I was very nervous for the procedure but Dr.Shapsis and his team made me feel very comfortable. They were very caring, especially one of the female nurses who was a sweet heart and reassured me that everything will be okay. Thank you Dr.Shapsis!!!!
