I must've lived a long time because I never knew how difficult it was too make sure your child has thier shots. Not every child attends public or private school. It wasn't like that back then. Every child was accepted no matter the circumstances.

Drs & Nurse’s are Amazing. Front Desk receptionist is extremely rude. Has a nasty attitude, on the phone and in person. Nobody wants to deal with someone’s nasty attitude when their child is sick. I will be finding another provider due to the Front desk receptionist., This facility if extremely unprofessional, I removed my daughter from their care. New pediatrician has reached out for months and Alexander Pediatrics refuses to give over daughter immunization records. I have called, my new pediatrician has called and they always hang up once my daughters name is mentioned. I had to order her immunization records from the department of health.

Terrible experience….. Called me to inform me AFTER taking my child’s bloodwork to tell me “This office MANDATES vaccination for children” and if you don’t vaccinate your child, go somewhere else. Is this even a real place? What physician mandates vaccines for wellness check up? No wasn’t stated “recommended” she stated it was Mandatory. This is after waiting weeks for them to receive my children’s medical records.

The doctors and nurses are great!! They are extremely patient and kind to my son. I will say that the front desk staff is lacking in customer service skills and patience but the doctors and nurses more than makeup for it.

The staff is horrible. Especially the elder lady at the front love the other front desk lady, but the other one has a nasty attitude even answers the phone with an attitude. I may have seen dr Alexander four times since my daughter has been going there and she is four. Every time we go there is a new dr and of course with that they know nothing of the patient.
