Dr. Iribarne - Almost went to NY to have my surgery I was afraid to have my valve surgery done on Staten Island. Our experience with SIUH for my father-in-law was not good. I met with Dr. Iribarne and his wonderful team. My fears went away. They answered all our questions. Dr. Iribarne has a peaceful sense about him and he is brilliant. Blerta his NP is amazing. My father had heart surgery (4-cabg) on 02/19/2025. The surgery went really well thanks to Dr. Iribarne. Due to some other health issues my father had some post op complications but the nurses at ICU made sure to take great care of him. Now that he’s back home he has nurses coming to see him and has went back to the office, to see Dr. Iribarne, for follow ups. I can’t say thank you enough to everyone who was involved in this journey with us. It was a scary diagnosis to hear but having a caring and trustworthy medical team made it a lot easier. Wonderful surgeon and amazing team of nurses. I will definitely recommend this doctor if anyone ever needs a good heart surgeon.
