This is one of the most professional dental facilities I have visited. The staff demonstrates a high level of professionalism and ensures that patients clearly understand each procedure. They prioritize patient comfort throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Bannout and his staff are great! They’re very personable and take their time to provide quality care. I don’t know if they’re taking new patients. If they are, I imagine it won’t be long before the word gets out and they fill up.

Awesome dentist! I appreciate what Dr. Alexander Bannout and his team do. They have worked on my wife teeth as well. They are very nice and very personable. He really gets into his work, and talks with you during the process to make sure everything feels right. His team are super nice. For me, Dr. Bannout is the best dentist around. I have no plans to go anywhere else to get my teeth worked on.

This was my first time to Dr Bannout’s office and it was a pleasure! I was greeted by name when I entered and my check-in was quick and smooth. My dental hygienist, Tina, was caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable and checked to see if I was fine throughout the cleaning. Dr Bannout was kind and thorough in his treatment. I would recommend this practice! I just wanted to add to my review since I have had more dental procedures in the past months. Although going to the dentist is not on most people's favorite things to do, Dr Bannout and his staff made the experience positive. I had to have a crown and two fillings and Dr. Bannout, Ashley, and Sarah all provided exceptional care! They make sure you are comfortable and listen attentively to any concern

First time visiting Dr Bannout and his assistant. Exellent customer service and his dental assistant was awesome. She cleaned my teeth and didn't even feel it. She was very gentle but got the job done. I was referred to them by the VA in Charleston and will definitely make them my loca dental care team.
