Alexa DeMilia, LMT

I visited Alexa for my first ever massage. I was a little nervous going in as it was my first time, but she calmed my nerves immediately and made me feel safe and welcomed. She was highly responsive and thoughtful throughout the hour long massage, ensuring that I was comfortable and targeting my areas of pain. She created a relaxing and soothing environment. Alexa was gentle and I have never felt more peaceful! The pain that I was experiencing in my neck and lower back was so much better after my session. I added on a Reiki session after the massage which helped me relax even more. It truly helped me release stress and relax. I would recommend Alexa to anyone looking for a truly healing experience! I will certainly return in the future.

Alexa is excellent! She is attentive and knowledgeable. She listened to what I needed and gave me a wonderful massage. I feel so relaxed! I will be back soon!
