I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in as a new patient to this dentist. My dentist moved on from this location . I made it very clear from the start that I have severe dental anxiety, especially when meeting a provider for the first time. Instead of taking a moment to understand that, the dentist didn’t even introduce herself before launching into a pushy conversation about a root canal I wasn’t prepared for. No attempt to build trust. No “let’s take this slow.” Just straight pressure and zero empathy. It felt like I was talking to someone who cared more about the procedure than the person attached to the teeth. This is one of the best dentists offices I have been to the place is very clean and the staff are extremely nice and professional.. I was seen by DR. Elena and she is amazing at what she does I highly recommend her for sure you won't regret it!!!

I have bad the experience today there, the dentist Elena is too rude and don’t have education with me. In that time she shouted with me. This is the bad experience in my life with one dentist. I just come back because I already pay for my crown. I hope other dentist take care of me. I already there 3 times but this Elena is terrible experience. And the front desk is absolute amazing and profissional.

the woman that calls herself 'Dr. Elena' should NOT be a doctor nevermind have a career that she works with people. There is zero 'bedside manor', she doesn't even listen when you say there is an issue she just looks says i don't see a problem. I left the office in TEARS & would rather my teeth tun black & crumble than be a patient to her ever again
