The receptionist are Extremely polite. I have never seen anyone so polite and kind. Doctors are great always squeeze me in when I need an appointment

I’ve been 3 times and all of them, they took at least 1,5h to take me. Today’s excuse is “the technician was 1hour late” as if it was my problem. Every day is some lame excuse to give an awful service. My Third time here and also my last. If you need medical care DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOIR TIME. they don’t respect you, or your time. 2 hours seated waiting for my turn? Crazy disrespectful.

Called to contact a worker there and was told by the owner ( whom he claimed to be ) and was told I didn't know what I was talking about. Wednesday I was on hold in the virtual waiting room on the phone for 40 minutes with no response from the doctor,I called the office and was told that they woukd take care of it which I never received a phone call from to refill my prescription that I am now out if and am going through withdrawals from,( anxiety meds) When they first opened they advertised dental services til this day they still do not provide. Along with their none caring attitude They seem to falsely advertise about their services,still no dental so why advertise. I don't expect one from the lack of professionalism from the " owner ,I don't expect an apology.

A lot needs to be done at this place. Like really a lot. This place looks completely chaotic and understaff. This observation was not done during one visit but several visits. Name calling not necessary at this time but our experience was the worst at all levels. Don’t take your kids there, at least until they figure out what they are doing. The only excuse was that they recently renewed their entire staff. I will readjust this review when things get better. That’s if we are going back

Do not expect anyone to pick up the phone when you’re in a crisis. Although their hours indicate they are open, no one answers calls. As a medical office, there should be a reliable way to reach the doctor for emergencies. I am hours away from home, and my husband urgently needed assistance, yet we were left without support. It’s unacceptable for a healthcare provider, especially one located in a neighborhood facing significant challenges, to neglect the community they serve. If you cannot commit to helping the people in this area, step aside so someone who truly cares can step in.
