I have not been here for regular vet care, but they did fit me in when my dog was on death's door. It was her time to go, and I had to get her somewhere fast for her own comfort and because I was supposed to be on a plane in an hour. I knew I'd miss my flight, and was so grateful I got to be there for my baby. The people here were wonderful. They saw me relatively quickly given the circumstances, but also took their time as needed. I needed that time with her. I needed that time to get a few last kisses on the cheek. A few more rubs of her fluffy neck. They didn't know me at all but they were so compassionate. The veterinarian that saw her was honest about her prognosis, and helped me make the right decision. Update to clinic reply: I appreciate your response to criticism. I would like to add that I went first thing in the morning before any other patient. Your lobby was empty, even after leaving. If pricing was more "affordable" the next day after getting an appointment, I would have waited. Also, the new quote was not from a non profit clinic. It was a private hospital like your location. Furthermore, please contact me for my pet's heartworm test results. You charged me for the test, but did not give me any results. Thank you. Very nice staff, excellent vet, clean place and great care, BUT expensive. Got quoted $800 here, and $300 somewhere else the same day for the same care, sedation, and medications. After 7 months of my fur baby's surgery, it's time to write a review! After lots of research with high end and low cost clinics/hospitals for a cherry eye surgery, I decided to trust Dr. K and his team and decided on Aldine Animal Hospital for my Cane Corso's eye surgery. When I tell you, you have to trust the process, believe me you have to trust the healing process and this is something Dr. K told me as well. After a couple of months, I was finally able to see her eye healing and as she was getting older her eye was adjusting better to her eye socket. Her surgery was February 2025, fast forward to September 2025 her eye has fully healed and it looks better than it ever has. Everyone is absolutely AMAZING here! You can tell that every single employee LOVES working with animals and for their work place!! They are extremely kind and compassionate with my fur babies. There have been times I arrive to our appointments challenged with extreme stress and anxiety when my fur babies are hurt or sick and no matter what every employee exhibits patience with me and they are so gentle with my fur babies! Their concern for our fur babies health is top tier! 10/10 will recommend everytime!

I had a great experience bringing my cat here. The staff was kind, professional, and very patient, which helped put both me and my cat at ease. The vet took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly. My cat was treated gently and thoroughly during the exam, and I felt confident in the care provided. The office was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which made the visit even smoother. Overall, I left feeling reassured and grateful for the excellent care my cat received.
