Alden Bridge Pediatric Dentistry

We have had a great experience with Dr. Kim and the airway team for two of my kids to get palate expansion! They both have top and bottom expanders and have also been doing myofunctional therapy with Cody. It’s been an easy and fun experience for the kids. Scheduling stays on time and Ms. Jess and Ms. Doodle are so sweet and take extra care to make my kids feel special and at ease. They do a slow/gentle turn process for expansion which I prefer to rapid expansion. Dr. Kim also did the tongue and lip tie revision for my infant a couple years ago and we had a wonderful experience with that as well!

Dr. Kim, Doodle and Jess have been amazing to work with! They are fun, sweet, caring and very patient with both of my young kids. My kids LOVE going to the dentist— a very different experience from my childhood. Would absolutely recommend!

Everyone was so nice and informative. I love when places take their time with you and don’t rush you out the door. We felt very relaxed there. Our son had to get lip and tongue ties released and they were very professional and considerate about everything. The place itself, also, looks super cool!

Dr Kim and the staff at Alden Bridge Pediatric Dentistry go far above and beyond what you would hope for regarding dental appointments. Their hearts shine even bigger than the amazing services they offer in the most adorable facility. We have five children, and one has special needs. There was zero compliance with dental care at home, and it took two parents to even manage brushing twice a day. Imagine my fear of the unknown walking into a dental checkup for the first time. Dr Kim sang, played with my daughter, and even sat on the floor with her. I’ll never forget it. Her genuine CARE is such a blessing in our lives. Called to confirm that they accepted our insurance; they put me on hold and then confirmed that they *do* accept our insurance. Then, I read the Google reviews saying that they have the habit of lying about taking insurance, including responses from the provider saying that they pride themselves on remaining "out of network." Then I called our insurance directly to check, and this provider is NOT covered. Called this office back to cancel our appointment and notify them that they actually are not covered by our insurance, to which she pretty much replied with "yeah whatever have a nice day" and hung up (it's obvious they already knew and had lied to us). It was weird that they asked for a $50 deposit on our appointment, so we're going to monitor that closely to ensure they don't take/keep
