Albright and Thiry Orthodontics: Lancaster

The intake process was very engaging and encouraging for my 12 yo. - which is so important since she will be spending a lot of time there. They gave her a full tour of the facility, spoke to her about her hobbies, introduced her to the doctors, explained with X-rays what needs to be fixed and prevented. They clearly explained the process and showed her physical examples. They explained to me my insurance, pricing, and payment options. They have a community board every month with a different theme where she can post pictures. They also let her work towards rewards for the number of times she comes in, and they do prize drawings as well. I was worried she would be taken aback but she walked out of the consultation very happy and confident - dare I say, and excited to return.

We’ve had such a great experience over the years! The entire team has always been kind, patient, and professional. They’ve done an amazing job helping my daughter’s teeth become beautifully straight, and we couldn’t be happier with her smile. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Both of my children had a good experience. Everyone is super friendly. The office was always clean. They explain everything to you. Out of five years and two kids with braces only one time did we ever have to go back in due to hardware breaking. I have and will continue to recommend ATO.

wonderful people! made me feel as comfortable as i could be with metal in my mouth, haha! all the girls there are absolutely amazing and deserve all the thanks in the world, as much as i hated my braces i'm glad it's all over and my smile is perfect!

Dr Rick and Team are amazing. Honest, caring, and the real deal when you are searching for an orthodontist. Recently when faced with trauma to front teeth this team was there for us, over the span of 3 months to direct healing and next steps.
