I have shopped at this store for 4 years, had always loved it. Now today at 10:00 a.m. I and 4 people are walking around searching for an open check out lane. Since installing the self serve checkout stations, Albertsons doesn't feel they have to man the other checkout stations. You can not buy alcohol in the self serve stations, therefore you can not check yourself out. This is not customer service 😒
Tanzeem is AWESOME...she was able to quickly and efficiently verify our coverage for flu shots and shingles vaccine. The CVS pharmacies continually denied our coverage even though we are fully covered. Thank you Tanzeem - you are awesome!!!
Absolute best pharmacy. Very professional and thorough.
Other local chains, especially Walgreen’s, could learn a lot about customer service and management from this pharmacy team. The best around!
