Albertsons Pharmacy

I had a scare at my dentist office with my blood pressure reading being way too high and they had to cancel my appointment! I first went to my Doctor’s Office, which was closed. Then I went to Sav-on Pharmacy and asked if they had a public blood pressure machine and she said no and asked me if there was a problem. I told her about my dilemma. Her name was Phoebe Kwon and she went above and beyond helping me! With her assistance I bought a blood pressure machine and she put it together for me and showed me how to use it. She then took my blood pressure several times and assured me it was within normal range. Phoebe was so kind and helpful and took time from her very busy job to help me. She is an exceptional employee and I want to publicly commend her. Thank you, Phoebe Kwon!!

I booked an appointment for some vaccinations a few days ago. I get to the pharmacy a little before my appointment just in case I need to fill out anything. The pharmacist told me that other people were ahead of me and I said that was fine. She then said that they were more important and tried to convince me to leave. I told her that intend to get my vaccinations today and that I would wait. She then proceeded to tell me that it would about 20 minutes and I said I would wait. I never had this experience at rite aid and wish they hadn't gone out of business. I understand being understaffed and overwhelmed but trying to get someone to leave is just not ok. Efficient and helpful. They have been overwhelmed with the recent closing of Rite Aid and are doing the best they can for all of us. Thank you!!!

I am a transfer customer from Rite Aid and have to say I have been pleasantly surprised with the service I have received from Savon. My son and I have been going through multiple sicknesses and have been frequenting the pharmacy because of it. All of the staff has been exceptional, friendly, kind, patient and caring. Regardless of how busy they are with the Rite Aid overflow they never fail to take their time and assist us. I’d like to personally thank Sarah F. as she has gone above and beyond to help me get the meds I need, especially for my child. She has done wonders to put my mama heart at ease and we would all benefit from having more people like her. I appreciate you all and look forward to working with you in the future!!

I am very distraught about the management of this pharmacy. My parents have been forced to use this pharmacy as the other has since closed. The male pharmacist whom feels he is allowed to practice medicine without being an actual doctor has now denied their medications numerous times. I cannot fathom allowing a man to be the end all be all of a medical process, whom again is not a doctor. He has argued with my parents in person as well as over the phone numerous times regarding their medications (while is concern seems to be about his feelings) he has even contacted the doctors office and been less than professional with them as well. Without sounding too gruff, I care nothing for his feelings and desire my parents to get the best possible care available to them. This man is now directly i
