The MRI went great. The ladies were extremely professional, knowledgeable and quick. No waiting. In and out on time. The hospital check in was extremely smooth and everyone i had talked to were extremely polite and knowledgeable. Thank you very much. Pleasant experience for having to walk into a hospital.

Going to Emergency Clinics are never fun, but this is the first time I took my Mom to Tehachapi, and I have to say, it was by far the greatest ER visit! Everyone was incredibly patient and friendly. The facility is very clean and lovely. I can’t say enough about their staff, nurses and doctors. Many of them had a Southern Hospitality to them and it was so endearing!! My mom was admitted for a few days and she said everyone was so kind to her. Her room was comfortable and quiet. Thank you so very much!!! She left feeling a lot better!!

We had a very positive experience with this pediatric doctor in the emergency room, Dr. Ling and all the staff. They were calm, compassionate, and extremely thorough, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to reassure both our child and us. Their professionalism, kindness, and quick action made a real difference. We’re very grateful for the care we received and highly recommend them.

Everyone from the receptionist, to the staff in back, were kind, helpful, & surprisingly fast. My nurse/lab tech Mary was very sweet, & even though she took prolly 87% of my body’s total amount of blood, it was an easy process to get all my labs drawn & she was painless with the needle!!

On my way to Adventist Health Tehachapi Valley last night, I expected to arrive at a typical crowded ER with nowhere to sit and a long wait to get help. Boy, was I wrong. This was my first ER visit at this hospital. The experience was unusually pleasant for an ER. I was greeted at the door by a friendly security team along with a nurse who guided me to where I needed to go. It felt like the welcome team at my local church, but with the added sense of safety. Without any wait time at all, administration checked me in. The friendly and helpful attitude from the person who checked me in, made this process simple and easy, and it set the tone for the rest of my visit.
