Albertsons Pharmacy

They are nice and helpful in person, but it is absolutely impossible to get anyone on the phone. I've tried calling 20+ times over the past few months on different days and times of day, and never once have they picked up. There is also no way to leave a voicemail or send a message through the app. If you have a question about your prescription, the only way to talk to them is by going there in person, which seems crazy. This has been frustrating on enough occasions that I have decided to switch to a pharmacy that will pick up their phone.

Friendly people and efficient service. The only reason I didn’t select 5 stars is they never answer the phone and the automated system does not tell you if a new rx is ready since it requires an existing number,

This is an updated review. This place is severely understaffed and has no conception of the value of people’s time. I guess Albertsons must think it’s ok what they are doing but people have choices and I will be transferring to another pharmacy

Very friendly, helpful and courteous. They go above and beyond to help the customer.

Seems like good staff in comparison to the employees that are hired at the store, like ive had such bad interaction with staff and im hesitant. But my 1 interaction seemed ok so far and wanted to say my review of albertons staff is different from my interaction and review of the pharmacy
