The staff here will look you in the eye & tell you they don't have anything for you, even though you know they do--as in I work for a doctor, was sitting across from the doctor when the rx was called in 4 hours ago... Rude, unfriendly & not what you need when you just need to go home & feel miserable in peace. Don't go here, there are so many pharmacies that actually want your business. Added... Although I appreciate the "owner response" this falls flat. Leaving my contact info through a "contact us" implies my doctor's office hadn't already reached out to them as I was waiting for them to fill out the rx they FINALLY FOUND. I don’t know what is going on in the store, but the employees, especially the cashiers, have really become unfriendly. I always shop at this store and everyone used to be quite nice. The last five or six times I have been in, the cashiers do not even say anything to you other than “here’s your receipt.“ They need to learn how to be customer focused again.

Made my mother was told to wait 20 minutes and they would text her when her prescription is ready… she waited 30 minutes then went to follow up and they said they weren’t sure her status… Then someone looks and says hey wait we actually don’t have that prescription at all

I have never had a bad experience in 15yrs going there. (2026) I have had friendly, helpful service at the counter and on the phone. A few times my prescription had no refills or response from Drs or difficulty getting the medication. I was able to get some of my medication until the issue was resolved. The staff has always been accomodating when I have asked which pricing source was best for my prescription- insurance- good rx etc

I have never posted a Google review but this business is so bad that I felt I needed to do so. Over the past few days. My wife and I both receive texts from this pharmacy suggesting we have refills. I went there today and found that there was not a refill for my wife. I was told I do have a refill and she retrieved it, but I do not have refillable prescriptions. I tried to clear it up. The very unbelievably rude woman at the counter, basically called me a liar by telling me the only way this would happen is if I did it. Then she rolled her eyes at me. I had to turn around and walk away. We have been going there for years and they are always unbelievably unpleasant and rude
