BioSmiles is the best. The office is always clean everyone makes you feel welcome and calm and I really only trust Dr Peterson with my teeth. I feel like he really has your best interest in mind. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist but Iv always felt calm and safe at bio smiles. After my natural dentist of 30 years retired, I was apprehensive about finding a new dentist for my family of five. Finding the joy filled team at BioSmiles and the excellent treatment for my whole family was a huge blessing. I even brought my 84 year old mom in! One amazing story: During her new patient exam and cleaning, Dr. Pedersen explained that my eldest daughter (18) has some severe gum recession due to her extensive orthodontics. He talked us through his recommendations and referred us to Idaho Pero (Dr. Sprott - who was also amazing). After running into a difficulty with hidden decay close to the root during the periodontic procedure, we contacted Dr. Pedersen at BioSmiles with an urgent request to evaluate options given the gum repair had to be stopped. Best Dental experience I've ever had. Extremely friendly and warm staff. Every single staff member I spoke to was Kind and helpful. I was given the most conservative options after a thorough exam, and had all of my questions answered before proceeding. I was very comfortable throughout treatment. It was such an amazing experience that I looked forward to follow up appointments and had no nervousness or anxiety about them. Dr. Peterson is extremely skilled in his art. It was so amazing to be in a Dental Office where everyone is grateful to be involved. Everyone at Biosmiles is amazing! I have had to get one of my front teeth removed and replaced with an implant and its been a long process. Dr. Petersen has been extremely informative the whole way through. He always gives his recommendation, but also tells me other options, displaying the pros and cons clearly. He is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Everyone working there is excellent at their job and friendly. They check in frequently to make sure im not in pain during procedures and are very patient with me when im anxious. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I honestly can't say enough good things about Dr.Peterson and everyone that works in the office. They are all so kind, caring, gentle and truly care and look at you as a holistic person rather than another mouth full of teeth. I went in with a tooth that was causing me extreme amounts of pain and come to find out it was cracked right down the center. They were so efficient, thorough and explained everything to me in detail, gave me all my options fully, I never felt like I was guessing or left in the dark.
