Aron and Walley are very helpful. They will go out of their way to make my experience pleasant. There is this one girl that's probably middle aged with dishwater blonde longer hair and wears glasses that never will go out of her way to make things run smoother. Every time I see her I hope I don't get her because I don't like her attitude

Stand in line for over thirty minutes with three people in front and yet no one else but one lady on the counter with others in the back that could help but nothing. Terrible service

Okay so hear the deal. I’ve gone to this pharmacy for 15 years. Gone through its staff changes and for the most part, have always really enjoyed the staff and overall performance of the pharmacy itself. But, especially in the last year or so, more than anything MY GOD, do they need help. There is consistently a long line with one tech at checkout. If you’re 4th in line, this is easily 30-35 minutes. If longer than that, just turn around and come back another time. It’s not their fault. It’s just gotten really slow on both filling and check out and they need additional staff.

It seems to me that if you have a great team in the pharmacy you would want to make sure their equipment works. In the last couple of months it seems that the system goes down at least once or twice a week. If you're the owner, you should probably check into this. I went last night to pick up meds and the system had been out the whole day. The poor guy at the register was expecting another person to chew on him. It's not his fault that the higher ups won't fix the problem. I went back this morning and guess what???? That's right the system was still down. It's getting pretty frustrating and I'm thinking about going to another pharmacy. I just like the people you have working there. They're so helpful.

The pharmacy staff has horrible manners, some of the worst first interaction when greeting customers. Giving off the impression they hate their job bad vibes. They are extremely slow in filling prescriptions. Wife uses only because of their lower prices only good thing to say. My pharmacy can fill 5 prescriptions in around 10 minutes or less with great customer service and care. Unlike the downtrodden stare of the savon employees. Just worked 5 days 16 hours shifts. They open at 9 am medicine was called in several days ago, and the meds are due for filling. Now with no one here want to make me wait for 2 hours plus to pick up my wife's medication m will never come by choice again rather pay 3 times the amount for better service.
