Albertsons Market Pharmacy

Albertson's pharmacy is very easy to deal with. I get reminders for vaccines and medication refills. I have had refills ready before I finished my shopping. I consulted them due to travel plans, and they did an assessment of my vaccination and prophylactic needs for that. Some of the employees know me by name, and that is a nice personal touch. I play the system a bit and go when I know I won't find long lines.

My experience was delightful. A gentleman by the name of Mario G. was very helpful and helped me save some money and get me on my way. Not only that he made my day better after a hard day at work, he was very kind and respectful. Thank you guys.

I recieved the cov19 vaccination 0n november 6th. It was the pfizer vaccination. I have had a bruised arm skin irritation and pain for the duration only now is it yellowing. Clearly did not go in the muscle but the skin instead.

Got a text that my perception was ready. Stood in line for at least a half hour. was told that they did not have my prescription and wouldn't have it until the middle of the month and they were too busy to transfer it to another pharmacy.

Every time I go to this pharmacy, they have at least 8 people working behind the counter. But only one person at the cash register ... the rest are typing away at computers and walking around the shelves. Incredibly slow service. It's even worse at the drive-thru. Lately they've added on the joy of having their IT system screw up, so you'll get notifications that your medication is ready when it isn't etc.. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes only to find out my medication wasn't ready, I mentioned this to the person at the cash register. She blamed it on COVID causing staffing issues. What the heck? Not only are IT systems implemented on computers which don't catch the virus, but if the problem WAS due to low staff ... they still had at least 8 employees there at the pharma
