She’s been a great doctor and a blessing she’s thoughtful, knowledgeable,caring,professional and very intelligent and courteous. I am going to miss her but I am grateful to her as well for stabilizing my glucose and high blood pressure and I am feeling a whole lot better than before so thank you Sandra you have been a great doctor and I wish you many blessings

In a time when everything is confusing and scary, the check in was a little frustrating cause I was sick and they hadn't checked for a fax before telling me their rules of NO. After I told them the doc faxed the orders they put me thru but still wanted to scold me about their protocol. I followed everything I was told to do. From that point everything went beautifully. I understand the world is a mess right now but when you're sick and doing what your doc orders you don't need be from registration.

It isn't so much the doctor, but the office personnel. I was supposed to get the name and address of a surgeon, but it didn't happen. Also, when I called for help with nausea, I haven't heard a word back. I really like Dr. Grummert, but the support staff is lacking. Communication problem?
