I have been New Insights / Dr Germain customer for the past 15 years. He is a true professional and his stuff is always very friendly and helpful. Lisa has helped me with choosing the frames and lenses on multiple occasions and I liked them all. They deliver impeccable quality.

My experience today February 11,2019 was the worst I have ever encountered. I called to let them know that my daughters are gonna be really late and that I’m gonna have to cancel because they are still waiting to see the dentist and I will pay for them having to cancel the appointments at the last minute. Then I was told no you don’t have to pay we will take them off the schedule for the time being and just to call when they finish. Soon as they finish I called an ask is it still ok come in and they said yes. I get to office an as soon as you walk in they ask for insurance card, I said I didn’t have it on me, so they was able to print it out, then she said we don’t take that insurance then I told when I made the appointment last week I was told that they do accept my insurance.
