I have been coming here for years now. Get all my dental work done here. I started coming for the awesome weekend schedule but I’m a stay at home mommy now and live an hour away… I STILL drive my 1 hr long drive to come to Dr. Albert because he’s so gentle, so understanding and so caring. All he wants is you to leave feeling like yourself or maybe even better. He has a dental assistant named Bridgette who’s voice is so calming.. I complimented her calm energy multiple times during my visits. That’s what we need when going to the dentist. Fair pricing and payment arrangements for Invisalign too. Love Dr. Albert so much and I’ll be a life long patient of his until he retires hopefully very far in the future 😊

I started here with an emergency because this office is open every single day (!). But they quickly became my dentist because of the way they casted for me in an emergency. Next choice ever. No turning back! The dentist and staff are wonderful! Kind but truthful. Gentle but thorough. The best I've dealt with over 50 years!!

I live in Shawnee KS and have heard nothing but great things about this place. I recently had some scaling and root work done. My Dental Hygenist was Shena Adams. She was absolutely perfect. From professionalism, to keeping me aware of everything we were doing, she kept me informed and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend her when attending this Office! Cheers!

This business is one that I would recommend for all of my family and friends. They got us in for an emergency visit within a 5 minute phone call while we were dealing an anxious and very painful experience. The moment we walked in the reception desk was welcoming and attentive. Bridget was our Dental Assistant and she made our visit very warm and all of her hands on work made us relax so much and feel like we were in great hands. I can’t thank DR Albert Natanov enough, he came in with direct information and gave us a treatment plan and did an extraction that was much needed with no complications and managed the pain and comfortability like an expert. We appreciate this office so so much! We will be back for future appointments and services!

The owner is lying in their response. I've had several appointments at this location. I love the front desk staff and dental assistants, they're friendly and welcoming! The issue is the dentist. Extremely rude. On the 3rd or 4th checkup, suddenly I had 4 cavities that all needed to be worked on that day (no mention of it in the other 3/4 appointments). I couldn't afford it and asked what kind of options were available (2 now and maybe 2 later) He became irate, ripped the paper out of my hand, and furiously deleted my appointments in his computer. I apologized for asking questions and told him I just didnt understand. He stormed off and then came back and yelled at me to leave. It felt like I was being emotionally manipulated. What a weird dental office experience. I cant stress this enou
