Alaris Health at Cedar Grove

This facility is amazing. Smelled clean not perfumey not covering up odors! The cleanliness of everything was top notch from the floors to the ceilings! It was bright and cheery and the staff was amazing. I have to say this is one of the best places I have seen. It was comfortable and welcoming And homie, not at all institutional

The staff is wonderful. They listen and tend to the needs of my love one . I am very happy with the cleanliness of the room and bedding! Thank you for all your hard work I know it's not easy ! ,

Alaris is a blessing , my son was at the blue unit with Mr Nixon a wonderful and profesional supervisor . I saw comments on this page and I need it to comment , Gabriel is wonderful , he also grooms my son Henry hair , at blue unit I also knew Ahmet , Elky and Ozzy , they are all so good at their work and the dedication for their patients is the best. Evelyn the supervisor is a blessing too , very compassionate and always looking for my sons smile 😊 Then my son was moved to Green unit and I am grateful of the green unit team , Marybeth is a wonderful person 😇, and Raquel is a dedicated and compassionate nurse , and all the nurses and aids are so helpful and attentive . I am so thankful to God that my son is in good hands . Blessings to All🙏

ONLY 3 STARS FOR NOW BASICALLY DUE TO THE STAFF. I AM SORRY BUT THIS ALARIS FACILITY USED TO BE IMPRESSIVE. HOWEVER THAT WAS RIGHT BEFORE COVID HIT. IT SEEMS FOR SOME REASON, MOST HEALTH CARE FACILITIES AND RESTAURANTS GOT NUMB AND CARELESS TOWARDS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PROFESSIONALISM. WHAT'S WORST, IS THAT THIS HAS BECOME OUR NEW " NORMAL" YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT A SMILE! THE STAFF FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE NURSE STATION WHOLE PERSONA IS AS IF THEY REALLY DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED. YOU CAN TELL, AND YOU CAN FEEL IT. THIS IS NOT JUST ONE DAY, THIS IS BASICALLY EVERYDAY. PERHAPS IT'S NOT THE RIGHT PROFESSION FOR THEM. THINK...ONE DAY YOU TOO MAY BE IN THE HANDS AND CARE OF SOMEONE ELSE. PLEASE ALARIS, DO BETTER. TRY! WE HAVE OUR LOVED ONES THERE.

I am especially pleased with the care my sister is receiving as a resident with a schizophrenic disorder. Her other health needs are also attended to in a manner that is acceptable to her family.
