Dr Pradillo and office staff very efficient and thorough at explaining everything. Karin the lady that fitted me for my glasses was very patient and gave me helpful instructions. Would definitely recommend!

I had an appointment this morning @10:00 am the front desk lady was so rude to me and another client I decided not to see the Dr. I stomach a lot of her rudeness to top it off she never said good morning and asked me to not touch the glasses due to sterilization then she asked me not to talk on my phone when she could of shut her window. It was time for me to go back and get an exam and she popped off at me again telling me to go on the Dr doesn't like to wait. I tried to explained to her or I asked her to give me 5 minutes and she said NO will

I have never had an eye physician that took some much time and effort to get my eye sight as good as it can be. The staff and Doctor above and beyond their call of duty. You can't find a better physician to put your eyes in.
