I’ve been coming here for my annual eye exam for three years, and I truly appreciate the location and quality of care I receive. The doctor is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes me feel confident that I’m in very good hands. My only concern is related to the logistics and administration around eyeglass production and delivery. In my most recent visit, my lenses took almost a full month to be ready, which caused inconvenience, as I was without proper vision during that time. I also only found out they were ready because I called to follow up myself. I believe the medical care is excellent, but the office would benefit from improving its communication and organization regarding orders and delivery timelines. This incredible and highly knowledgeable doctor came to our rescue after two previous eye doctors who failed to address our needs and prescribe the right glasses. He was the only one to identify astigmatism in one of her eyes, and recommended modern Eyezen lenses, which have significantly reduced strain and slowed down vision loss for my daughter. She finally feels comfortable in her glasses. I wholeheartedly recommend this doctor! Additionally, despite a little old building odor, the front desk service is excellent.

Dr. Grossman is very professional and the staff is very friendly
