The pharmacists and staff were so friendly and helpful! Quickly filled my prescriptions after a problem at another pharmacy.

Such a clean, well organized pharmacy and drug store. I believe it is a family business and the owners are the pharmacists and other family members assist in other functions. They are a very thorough and pleasant group to work with. It was difficult transferring prescriptions over, but they were professional and very helpful the whole way thru. My daughter was traveling and needed CoV testing done and they were very accommodating. She also had to have another test done and another pharmacist was charging her a lot for whatever it was. When she went to them, they said it should be covered with her insurance and they made the phone calls for her and called her to let her know it was covered under her insurance and she wouldn’t have to pay the $100’s the other place (big name, too busy for yo

If I could give this pharmacy more stars, I would. These are the kindest people and total professionals. Every time I have gone in to get meds, they take the time to talk to me about what the medications are, what my options are, and have gotten to know me and my family personally (and we don't even get that many medications!). They have helped us figure out issues with insurance companies and incorrectly filled out prescriptions. They often have the medications in store, or they tell you exactly when they will get them. And, to the best of their ability, they are willing and happy to accommodate your needs. Every pharmacy SHOULD work this way, but this pharmacy does. Really, it's the best!

This pharmacy is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you're greeted by super friendly staff who go above and beyond to assist you. The pharmacists are incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand your needs and customizing orders accordingly. Plus, they stock a diverse range of household utility items, making it a one-stop shop for all essentials. What truly sets them apart is their exceptional care – when my child needed urgent medication and insurance was delayed, they provided an emergency supply without hesitation. They are the best pharmacy in Bay Ridge!

As manny of us we need a good pharmacy to depend on stock and efficiency and this pharmacy has that. The friendly stuff is a plus and very convenient for us to get prescriptions. Definitely recommend trying them.
