Office might be quite overwhelmed as they don’t update patient portal in timely fashion nor do they reach out to patients to follow up with concerning lab and imaging results. In 3 different instances I have waited over 2 weeks from the time they received results back from specialists for them to communicate results with me (and even then, I was the one to initiate contact).

Dr. Rockers son I believe took over the practice and I have had nothing but an amazing experience. He takes his time and actually listens to your needs. I have struggled with mental health in the aspect of anxiety and ever since I have been seeing him I have been feeling like I finally am getting the help I need. Highly recommend. He’s a great doctor.

One star is a hundred stars too many. Terrible customer service, abysmal prescription management and don't bother calling because there is no chance of anyone picking up the phone. This office accepted me as a patient even though my insurance was not part of their plan; they can't even figure out the basics. I would have been better off visiting my dog's veterinarian.

If you need a doctor’s office who’s responsive, this is not the place. I’ve tried calling and nobody answers. I’ve tried messaging in the patient portal and nobody answers. I requested some bloodwork during my visit to ensure I was healthy and I was heavily judged for the request and questioned why I even wanted the test. Honestly, pretty disappointed. They’ll also charge you for items without your consent :)

One star is way too much, but there's no choice to select ZERO star! If you want a provider(s) to thoroughly review and understand lab results, signs and symptoms, illnesses, medications and everything to do with medical, then this is NOT the place. The nurse practitioners come and go in less than a year's time so you're always having to see a different provider. I had to self-advocate to find out what was wrong with my health because the providers are clueless. The issue was simple and yet they couldn't figure it out. It's a real shame!
