Went in as a new patient. I completed everything online including my insurance information. Instead of calling and confirming the appointment while also letting me know my payment for the visit would be high that’s a courtesy I know but it should be done instead of waiting til patients are checking in to tell them the visit is 200 dollars. Then nothing was really discussed once in the room, my main concern wasn’t even addressed just barely skimmed over with no offer of any potential help. We only discussed menopause because of my age… now on to having blood work done, I’m instructed to go down the hall to the lab and have blood work. I address the lady and let her know the dr sent me her way. She tells me to wait in the lab but mind you I’m new and have no clue where the lab is so I said o

I first visited Alabama Women’s Wellness Center in 2022, and it was such a positive experience that I’ve continued trusting them with my care ever since. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely heard and cared for. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and the customer service is consistently excellent. One of the things I appreciate most is that the leadership team is made up of women. There’s something incredibly empowering and comforting about being cared for by a team that truly understands women's health on every level. The providers take their time, listen without rushing, and make you feel like your concerns really matter. TLDR; If you are wanting to go here for anything other than getting pregnant and having a baby don't bother. You are not important to them if you are not pregnant or wanting to be. I went here in 2023 for very painful and heavy monthly cycles. I asked for and met with Katrina. She assured me I could get an endoablation (surgery). My next appointment was a consolation to discuss that surgery. I did not meet with Katrina again and instead was given to a Dr Williams and she told me she wouldn't approve the surgery because of "my age" (29 at the time) and convinced me against my wishes to try pills. I had said several times that I didn't want pills. But she insisted they were "different". I was told to take 2 doses of this medication AT FIRST to get it in my system. When i would ask if we sho

I love Dr. Robinson. Great staff and a beautiful facility. Top-notch and very detailed communication, which I appreciate. Very thorough and considerate. Personable but also professional. Would recommend 1,000 times over.

This was my first time at the office and I saw Dr. Robinson. She was hands-down the most thorough doctor I’ve ever had explaining things to me. She also answered all questions I had. The lobby area, examination rooms, and bathroom were very clean and upscale. All the staff were courteous, professional, and friendly. I did have a little wait once I was in the room, and she apologized for that, but her professionalism and care more than made up for that for me.
