The office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable — instantly putting you at ease. The dental team was absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and truly attentive, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. I never felt rushed, judged, or uncomfortable. Your employees are not washing their hands only changing their gloves and from time to time sanitizer. Thats not good enough ! You are dealing with the public mouths. The chairs are not being wiped down with anything disinfectant between clients. I asked the woman to wash her hands and she got upset but tried to remain nice the one who cleaned my teeth . They touch everything all day and i watch . Then they came in to check my teeth with the doctor he came in and samitized the young lady got argumentive with me when i asked her to wash her hands she got very argumentative with me i dont recommend to argue with me . So i give them a 1 star maybe i should put this on their review on google have a nice day

The nurse and dentist I had were very nice but at the start of my root canal I was told i would be paying nothing due to insurance, so then they start the procedure and then I get told the made a mistake and I owed $400 and I needed to pay it right then and there to continue. So because I couldn’t pay that they sent me home. All numbed up and in pain. About an hour or 2 later I decided to contact another dentist about the procedure and it was once they contacted Akron Family Dental for the X-rays that Akron family dental called me va k just to tell me they got the pricing incorrect again. I’ll never come back k here again cause how do you mess up 3 times on pricing when in reality you should’ve honored the first price that you made me sign the consent form too which was $0.00. The receptionist processed me in a timely manner and was very courteous. I was very pleased with both the dentist and the assistance. I am a new patient and so far from my service and treatment, I would highly recommend Akron Family Dental and encourage others to give them a try.

Hello, Despite having an appointment, I was required to wait for an extremely long time without any clear explanation or updates. The waiting conditions were frustrating, and there was a lack of proper communication. Additionally, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. I did not feel respected or treated with basic courtesy, which is unacceptable in a healthcare environment where patients are often already stressed or unwell. I believe patients deserve reasonable waiting times, clear communication, and respectful treatment. I hope this matter will be reviewed seriously and that necessary improvements will be made.
