I should've NEVER switched to this office from the North Canton location. I thought it'd be better and more convenient since I live closer to this location but I was sadly mistaken. I have a newborn daughter that I just had a month ago via c section and we missed 2 appointments. The first appointment was rescheduled and we went to due to me having car issues. The second one was missed due to me being sick with a stomach bug and I've been in bed the past few days. I was going to reschedule the appointment today. Well I woke up with a missed call from Child Protective Services saying I have an open case due to her doctor's office being concerned about missed appointments. We’ve been seeing Katherine Minarcheck for 7 years and she is the best! Always extremely kind, thorough, answers all questions and explains everything well, and never pressures you to do tests or anything you might not want to do. I wish all doctors were as great as her!

Absolutely have loved this office till recently, yesterday I called to try to understand why my sons dentist has been fighting to get his medical records for a dental procedure since September 8th may I add, I was then told after being told they don’t release medical records that “whoever got it off the fax machine didn’t read it fully” so we have medical professionals not making sure these kids get the care they need but we want to report that his teeth aren’t fixed. Joyce was extremely rude and her manager was no better the medical records never got sent to the dentist till the dentist talked to them on my personal phone and told them the same thing I did, still unsure if they even sent his records. Useless vaccine place. Can't even call this a pediatrician. Every time my child has any issue. Runny nose anything. Their first response is go to the hospital. Only thing this place is good for is taking you're insurance money and giving extra shots. Other than that. They should never be considered a pediatrician if you're first thought is bring the child to the hospital.... useless. Found a new doctor already.

Office staff and docs are always great here. However I don't see the point of masks if the rooms are barely cleaned. If you're going to require them, might want to set aside cuff used on my kid and clean walls from last kid
