In and out of urgent care in 30 minutes. The doctor saw us within 5 minutes of the nurses taking vitals. The doctor and nurses were great and very kind. Great experience!

Farthest choice of hospitals to go to, yet still first choice. My kids are always treated with amazing and top notch care! Super fast too, in and out in 25 min in the ER. Thank you all so much!

the doctor was super nice, even the resident doctor was nice. there was an older lady nurse that was very passive aggressive. my toddler had a fever of 104.8 when she asked if he goes to school or daycare i said no but that we went to a birthday party a few days ago and her response was “well that’s not very..” and stopped herself. She was incredibly impatient with my toddler as well as just out right passive aggressive and rude. It was disappointing to see someone behave that way in a pediatric ER.

Very nice staff! Only complaint was, at one point, one of the signs in belpre claim they’re open 24hrs which is wrong. Turns out they’re only open 2pm-12am according to one of the nurses we saw. We were confused when we came in about 1pm and the pediatric ER was closed. Had to go down to the main ER and be seen there first. Then at 2pm they moved us down to the pediatric ER. The nurse explained they don’t have enough people to come down from Akron for it to be open 24hrs but they are hoping it will be.

Took my son here from a recommendation from physicians care in Marietta because they said he had stridor and it was the best place for him. They said he was congested, suctioned his nose and sent us home. We didn't believe them and ended up going to Marietta memorial. Turns out my son had pneumonia and needed antibiotics.
