Same review for Family Eyecare. Took our Medicaid dollars for our daughter's appointment but never called us to say the glasses had come in. She's never gotten the glasses she needs and it's been over a year. Tried hard to use them but am going somewhere else. Terrible.

Can’t contact anyone there the phone numbers are fax numbers. You need to fix that fast.

Very personable and informative. Took time to answer questions thoroughly.
