AIS Healthcare

I'm stunned to see a bad review about AIS! My insurance was dropped in September and I called to find out what kind of insurance I needed to get to cover them. I was panic stricken thinking I was going to lose my pain pump and deal with a spinal injury with pills! They checked my monthly income and I qualify for 100% financial aid! The lady that helped me was awesome and made sure I understood everything. AIS Healthcare is extraordinary in my book and I've been around the block five times with insurance companies! By the time I talked to her I was worn out! I'm so happy to find out I am not going to lose my pain pump!

Nurse Nichelle has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She always puts my care and comfort first. She is very professional and a joy to spend my day with.

AIS Healthcare is billing my husband $3,000 per month in perpetuity for a baclofen injection to control his MS acidity in early March. I was laid off, and we are without health insurance, but AIS Healthcare is continuing to bill us each month until my husband gets a new doctor (after I start my new job and get health insurance) because the baclofen is “still in his bloodstream.” We asked if they could please remove it, lol, but apparently it doesn’t work that way.

AIS continues to bill daily as home care, at $120.00 per day, and has never provided these services. I have not had services for a long time, as my drug is filled at the hospital, but they continue to send invoices to my insurance, and get paid. I can not get them to stop, and submitted as fraud through BlueCross.

AIS has filled my wife's pain pump several time. They show up on time, are very friendly and take the time to explain everything their doing. Good communication.
