I had a great experience with my recent oral surgery. From start to finish, the team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Christy, the assistant dentist, was especially comforting, professional, and genuinely kind, which helped ease my nerves right away. Taylor, the nurse, was also very professional and helpful throughout the process. Dr. Richard Bakeman took excellent care of me and handled everything with confidence and skill. The procedure itself went surprisingly quickly, and I felt I was in very capable hands the entire time. The team there had all documentation ready for me before asking - copays, instructions, and a sick note ready to go as well as prescriptions ready to be filled. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my wait time was very short, which I truly appreciated. My assistant, Ralaysia, was absolutely amazing. She was so comforting, kind, and personable that she immediately put me at ease. Her care felt very genuine — I honestly felt like I was talking to a friend rather than just being rushed through an appointment. She made the entire experience much less stressful. From the consultation to the actual day of surgery, everyone was very kind, pleasant, and patient. My son recently had to have 6 teeth extracted, due to having extra teeth and crowding. As my nerves hit rock bottom thinking about it all, I'm grateful and thankful that all went well and for the expertise and professionalism shown by all. Very pleasant experience, everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. I was able to schedule an appointment for a consult and have the surgery done all within 2 weeks. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and I experienced no problems. Surprisingly the pain was mild and only lasted the first 2 days. I never had any teeth pulled and this experience was wonderful. I would recommend this dentist based on a great procedure as well as a great environment.

This office is absolutely amazing! Dr. Faircloth is the most sweetest man and very professional along with his staff! I was so impressed and pleasantly pleased with my whole experience. I will recommend this practice to everyone who ask me about any type of oral surgery. Kudos you guys!
