Horrible Doctors Office. I would never take my child back to be treated so rude. Dr. Walt Tanner refused to see my child because he had his phone in his hands as well as started slapping his ruler in the wall while talking saying until my sons phone was put down & faced down he would not see him.

They deserve a zero. These people have been seeing my children since my daughter was 3 years old in 2006 but they refuse to see any of my children since 2020 because we refused to get the covid vaccine. It is all good because a lady told us her child isn't vaccinated either but they seeing her. It's really discrimination but God bless them. We see it as He is blessing us because he knew they didn't care about the well being of our babies the doctor only using those babies for kick backs.

I do not care for Dr. Doyle at this pediatrician office. He does not wash his hands the correct way with soap when seeing son. He does not try to ease my son’s nervousness by being entertaining at all. I have not been pleased with his lack of professionalism with me as a parent. He makes no initiative to personally connect with myself or my son. In addition, the wait time at this office is horrible if you make an appointment past 10am. The wait time can extend past two hours to be seen. An addition hour is needed to see the nurse and doctor. I do think the nurse staff is awesome. They keep my son’s nervousness down and try to make him feel comfortable. I would prefer for my son to see the female doctor in the office. Next time I have to take him in, I will be sure to ask that my son see th

Do not take your kids here if you want a good experience. The nurses are terrible. Nurse left my baby on the table while gathering her things and leaving out with an attitude. Unprofessional. I would give them 0 stars just because of the nurses. The ones that actually handle your kids.

My children have been going to this office since birth. Even when they no longer received Medicaid I chose to keep my children here. There have been long wait times in the past, but during the last few years our office visits have not taken over an hour. I think Dr. Doyle and Dr. Sheffield are excellent and we have never had any issues with either of them. The waiting room bathroom could use a major update.
