I love going to Dr. Raziel and Dr.George they are so nice and polite. Not to mention the ladies in the front are always friendly and welcoming. Tyishs is the best she’s always nice friendly and usually makes me laugh I love her and Dr. Raziel bond.

I had a very disappointing experience during my teeth cleaning appointment today. The hygienist, Beth, appeared rushed from the start. I was in the waiting room when she arrived, seemingly late for work and shortly afterwards she called me in. As she walked me to the room, she was coughing repeatedly, which immediately made me uncomfortable given that she would be working inside my mouth. I considered asking for someone else but decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. Once in the chair, her demeanor felt curt and impatient. When I laid back, I noticed the overhead light positioned over my face was visibly dirty and broken. I pointed it out, and she mentioned the office would need to order a new one. Dr. Raziel is a good doctor, but the employees are unprofessional and rude. No reason given for long wait times until you ask. Conversations about patients are happening for everyone to hear. Employees are dismissive as if you are a bother. Lastly, unorganized when it comes to patient records. This experience made me look for another dentist.

My first visit was last visit. I don’t know if the hygienist was having a bad day or she was just one french fry 🍟 short of a “happy” meal. The lady was angry, miserable, with a bad attitude from the start. Very aggressive and definitely not good for business. I feel sorry for all the patients that have to go through such unprofessional treatment from a dental hygienist.

It's so hard to find a good dentist, But my dental work with Dr. Raziel was a truly positive experience. Dr. Raziel was so gentle and caring, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated how they walked me through the entire procedure, explaining everything with such clarity. It made a significant difference, and I felt fully supported and calm. He is so good with the shots it's unbelievable, I did not feel a thing and I am such a scary cat. Definitely recommend his practice, I will definitely be sending my family and friends there.
