It’s getting worse. This organization takes in millions and millions of dollars and cannot communicate from the front desk to the doctor to do a simple medication refill. I can call two weeks ahead of time, then one week ahead , then a few days, and it can still take one or two weeks after running out of something before the prescription is filled. They also cannot update phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses. Then they cannot change prescriptions from one doctor to another. If you are a patient here, you can call 4-5 times and will run into the same issue every single time. If you want good healthcare here, you will need to apply for a job and work at the front desk, or your experience will be miserable. Nurse and doctors services are great. One of the new receptionist are pretty rude and the main problem is that they NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. I was trying to reschedule my appointment but is impossible because this new lady's in the front desk don't respond the phone calls.🙄

They are extremely nice and helpful on the phone. There was very little wait before my friend was able to get in, even though we were late for their appointment. It was extra quiet in the lobby area, and when people walked in, the staff didn't talk too loud so I didn't feel uncomfortable overhearing anything. When my friend's appointment was done, the person he seen even walked them out, which is a nice change.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Clinic! They never answer the phone, the Dr. doesnt write enough RX to cover until the next appt, now Im completely out and I cant reach these people. I dont understand why this office is even in business! Ive had issues previously with the case work never responding to emails and a host of other issues! People find another clinic for your medical needs!

Dr. Luong is such a genuinely nice doctor who humanizes his patients. Every single person in this office is also very kind and patient when it comes to handling situations. I never once felt like I wasn’t being taken care of here and appreciate it very much!
