Our previous experiences were good until this time.My husband couldn't attend this appointment but received the consultation report. I called to inquire, and the front desk said it was a telephone consultation. I’m sure it‘s impossible, because my husband can’t speak English so it‘s impossible to consult by phone. I called the front desk many times to regarding this appointment, But the front desk has always said that my husband had tele visit, but this is impossible, and in that appt time my husband was face time video with me. I don‘t want to argue with the front desk anymore.so I ask to reschedule, the FD said need my husband call them to re/s, which we did, I'm on the line also, to help my husband translate, but the FD SAID NO, i can't talk, and she speak with him in English and wa

Wholesome vibe here! A non judgmental place to take care of your health. Nurse and doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. So lucky that I found this place in my neighborhood

Disorderly. I asked why was there a holdup and was told there was only one nurse handling everything. If that is the case, facility should hire more to keep up with the high foot traffic.

I always feel welcome, seen, and respected when I visit the office and care team (thank you Nakita, and the rest of the staff there on Atlantic Avenue!). Almost 20 years as an AHF client, beginning in D.C. and now in Brooklyn, I am so happy to be a part of this community!

The staff is exceptional. The doctors are welcoming and the pharmacy staff are extremely helpful and kind.
