We confirmed with the clinic beforehand that our baby’s checkup would be 100% covered. Based on their assurance, we went ahead with the appointment. However, later we received an email saying there was a pending balance. When I called to clarify, the woman on the phone told me that if I didn’t pay immediately, the amount would be sent to collections. I was completely shocked , especially after being told earlier that everything would be covered. This experience was very stressful and disappointing.

Basically my daughter had an appointment for her eczema and allergies last month in April…I go to refill her prescription allergy med that she got on that visit and it’s not even in the system…now they’re acting like we made the whole thing up.Why would someone even bother to prescribe an allergy med for 30 days is beyond me! Abigail the provider didn’t properly document the visit and because of that I have to go back and get another appointment just to get my kid the medicine.This means I will need to take off work. Nope.im taking my kid out of there.The manager repeatedly asked me “what do you want me to do?! I can’t go against a provider”.The problem for me is that the med isn’t even in the system.Thats sloppy work.I don’t want you to do anything since you ppl are too incompetent to eve

Going to change providers. The people making appointments are rude, not friendly at all.
