Wondering if your athlete should work with Dr. Ray? Absolutely! There are so many training choices for local athletes; we decided to invest our resources into Dr. Ray and his expertise to help Ellie become the athlete she wants to be! She first started working with Dr. Ray during the zoom sessions he led when the 2020 soccer season ended because of the pandemic. These zoom sessions then led to her joining the “Stay Soccer Strong” Summer program later that summer and prior to returning to the field for the club. In 2021, Ellie decided to work with Dr. Ray during both one-on-one training sessions and group sessions with other female athletes. I wanted to take some time and share our experience with Ray from Agostino Athletics which has been beyond amazing. Our daughter had a knee injury playing soccer and we initially went to a “popular” place in town for her therapy/recovery. This place had a different person helping her each week and they did not seem to be very invested in her recovery instead they were focused on trying to sell us add ons each visit. My daughter ended up needing surgery after a second injury and a close friend recommended Ray. We had an initial consultation prior to surgery and he was able to explain the process, set the expectations, and give our daughter some comfort on what to expect. Coach Ray is the best! He is so knowledgeable and dedicated. He has been so helpful to our daughter in rehab and strengthening after her ankle injury. Coach Ray always explains things clearly, and he is patient and motivating. Our daughter is looking forward to continuing with him, as she progresses into speed and agility training!

Our daughter Jaida has trained and worked with Ray and Agostino athletics for a few years. The dedication, professionalism, care and compassion that Ray shows for all of the athletes he comes in contact with is something you don’t get just anywhere. Whether it be rehabbing after injuries or just training to get stronger, Agostino athletics is the place to go! Our family with always be grateful for Ray!

I can’t say enough on how amazing Coach Ray is !!! My daughter injured her ankle in a soccer game and he has been working with her getting her recovery back up to almost 💯!! He takes the time to explain his therapy , checks on her frequently he is also very detailed to the parents and athlete on how is going to make her being even stronger prior to the injury ! My daughter will be now training with him one on one on speed and agility to prepare her for the upcoming soccer season …I would highly recommend Ray to anyone that would like to see amazing results !!!!
