It took them 3 weeks to fax paperwork (largely basic vitals) to a specialist. They said the fax was being sent the day of the appointment, we then called back the next week and werebtold it had already been sent. We confirmed that the specialist had not received it, so we call the office back and they said they didn't know what paperwork we were talking about. We then explained in detail that it was a paper form that we gave to them and that they filled out the day of the appt. They again said they would send it. Our specialist still hasn't received it 5 days later. We called again and they again said they didn't know what we were talking about. At this point the specialist had also called several times over the course of 2 weeks and they were unresponsive. Finally after almost 3 weeks,

I have been seeing Doctor Haider at Dominion Cardiovascular since 2012. He was one of the cardiologists to see me when I was at Chippenham Hospital. He has great manners when I see him for my appointments. He listens to my questions and takes the time to explain them to me. He is not one of those doctors that rush you in and rush you out. He keeps my heart health up to date, always making sure that my heart is doing alright. I always find that his staff is ready to help you at any time. They are polite and courteous to all the needs that you have. So let me just say that Dr. Haider and his staff are ready to help you just as they have helped me. Thank you.

This dr told me my heart was fine and I was good to go and I didn’t need to make appointments with him anymore so I listened and didn’t turn 6 months later had a heart attack which led to emergent open heart surgery
