AG Urgent Care Bushwick

I have been here twice now and each time has been such a positive experience. All of the staff are so kind and passionate and make you feel very comfortable. They are very efficient so wait times are not super long and everything from check in to picking up prescriptions is very streamlined. Lloyd Success was extremely kind and understanding as the clinical assistant. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was not confused about anything. You can really tell that he and all of the employees care about the patients and enjoy their work. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The wait time at this urgent care is out of this world. There is noticeable tension in the atmosphere because many patients are frustrated and openly complaining about the service. One woman mentioned she had already been waiting for four hours. I personally waited over three hours just to see a doctor. To be fair, the staff is nice. I was taken care of by a physician assistant who was professional, courteous, and attentive. I truly appreciated how I was treated once I was finally seen. However, the experience did not end there. I provided clear instructions for my prescription to be sent to Amazon Pharmacy, but the prescription was never successfully transmitted electronically. I waited two days in pain because of this issue. I had to call multiple times, and each time I was transferred t

I fell and needed to get a same-day x ray to ensure my kidneys were okay. I called ahead and was surprised to find out that they had a tech available at 5pm. I rushed there and was seen within two hours, which isn’t bad when it’s a urgent care. I felt validated and supported by the doctor and student who was shadowing him. He even called to check-in on me the next day. As a Black woman, I appreciated the professionalism, affordability, and straightforward process! Definitely recommend.

If going above and beyond was a company, it would be this place. When I say, I had nothing to worry or stress about, that’s what I mean. All those involved with trying to get things in order for an immigration process know how stressful it can be. Not to say too much about my situation but the people at this office did an awesome job getting things in order for my husband and I. One of their great employees by the name of Nesher really is the example of what professionalism and problem solving is. He helped me when honestly, my problem was no longer theirs. He could’ve easily been done with me and my husband’s case and left everything up to us to try and figure out on our own but he said, “No Renate I’m going to stay with you until we find a way to get this accomplished “ and he did. Clinical Assistant Lloyd Success, and the front desk staff Maral, Shaha, and Dr. Dollison were all incredibly professional and genuinely caring. They treated both me and my partner with kindness and respect from the moment we walked in. We were seen as walk-ins on Christmas Eve, and despite how busy it was, they took excellent care of us and never made us feel rushed. Their compassion and professionalism truly stood out. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care to friends and family and would not hesitate to return again.
