Went for new dentures. The Dr. Was dismissive and condescending. Then they just made the new dentures over existing dentures just longer gum line. Insurance was covered up to 2,000 without my other insurance they say the didn't have. Said I had a 61.00 balance.i have been on the road, told them 6 weeks ago I worud be back March 8th for 6 weeks they have called me twice a week, for those 6 weeks. Not just calls but emails and texts. Don't go, they over charged the insurance. And didn't check for all insurances. F- for these people.

From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the doctor every single person I encountered was amazing, courteous, and just genuinely cared. I came in with tooth pain and they ended up extracting 3 teeth same day and from start to finish they were informative, supportive, and kind. I will be back!

I went 12/2/25 to get erupted tooth pulled n said dentures next year.Was supposed to get pulled 12/3/25 but I rescheduled after talking to his team n they told me I'd be healed up in ti.e 4 Christmas w my new dentures. Every weekend for 4 weeks in a row it took to get back In to get this tooth pulled but this time instead of billing Medicaid like they did 4 my exam, they billed me even tho it is 100% covered. They wait a week b4 they might return ur call n even after ALL this, it's now the 3rd day of the next year n I'm still dealing w broken promises from 12/2/25! If u got the $, u will get great service but Medicaid recipients beware. Try Cypress.

VETERANS do NOT give your money here. VA sent my dental packet to them. (Weeks to accomplish). Without warning they cancel the insurance. Then the rude girl said I could pay out of pocket. This after acknowledging the insurance packet from the Va within their own network. SCAM ALERT veterans disabled warning

Wow where do I start I dont think they have the words to express how great affordable smiles on west thomas really is they are the sweetest people they actually care about you and apparently no matter how bad your mouth is they can fix it and they can fix it without you having to sell.an organ so I really would like to thank them just for being who they are everyone should check them out!!
