Affordable Dentist Santa Ana

Terrible experience. I waited 20 minutes just to start the exam, then another two hours for the dentist to come into the room, only to be told I would have to schedule my cleaning for a different day. I understand this may be standard protocol at some offices, but why have me wait so long to tell me come back another time. That information could have been shared much earlier. Additionally, the dentist brought a service dog into the room, which felt unprofessional in a clinical setting (Also the dog was crying and licking me). When I questioned the excessive wait time, he began RECORDING me, claiming I was trying to force him to perform a cleaning. Overall, the experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and a poor use of my time. Absolutely do not recommend.
