Affinity Primary Care

Providers are great. No issues there. My issues are with the office manager. I had an appointment scheduled but when I got there, they refused to see me because I now have QMB with my Medicare. They said this is because they don't contract with Medicaid, however Medicare regulations do not allow a provider to refuse treatment based solely on a Medicare recipient with Medicare Advantage having QMB. Both Medicare and my Medicare Advantage plan confirmed this to me, and Medicaid confirmed I could be seen and the visit billed to Medicare without it being any type of issue because I have QMB, not full Medicaid. When I tried to tell the office manager this, she falsely accused me of "threatening" her and screaming at her, both of which absolutely did not occur. I simply said what I had been told

Love Dr. Allada and his staff! Especially Kaelan (sorry if I misspelled your name!) but he is our favorite nurse! Always friendly, smiling and efficient! Dr. Allada is great! Never rushes and always addresses my concerns and makes sure I understand. Office is always clean!

I went to Affinity as my primary care physician office after my other dr office closed and they were so nice and professional. It was very easy setting up with them and getting established as a patient. I’m thankful I have a Dr office I’m comfortable with and will help me!

I cannot say enough about Karla Dr Allada Nurse. She is always so pleasant to deal with.. Her professionalism and care goes beyond anyone I’ve ever met or dealt with work ethic! She is kind, compassionate, a great listener and has a sweetness about her. That seems to left some of nurses in this field way behind her. She is a shining star.!!!

I love Kandess and her staff! She is like family, I have been a pt of hers for years now and she has taken care of my family as well! I appreciate the kindness and care they show and how they work to get you an appt when needed!
